Return Policy And Exchange Policy

We believe that you will be thrilled with the product(s) you purchase from and its partners. We also understand, however that sometimes a product may not be what you expect it to be. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

a     You can return a product(s) within 7 days from the day you receive the package.

b.      Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging.

c.       However, if the product is used, we will not accept the return unless you are returning due to defects.

d.      You are to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

e.       Return shipment is FREE

f.        Our technicians will check to confirm the product condition before refund will be done. Refund will take 3 to 5 working days.

g.       If there is upward difference in the price of the product(s) you are exchanging for, you will be made to pay the difference.


a.       Call or email customer service on our working days and time to request for return or exchange

b.      A customer service agent will call you and schedule for delivery guy to pick the product up.

c.       You will receive a call or email to confirm the product have being receive by our office and what is being done about it.

d.      Ensure to add the proof of purchase or receipt to the product

e.       If you request for exchange, a customer service will talk to you about the new product and the delivery schedule.

f.        If for refund, you will receive notification that your money have being credited to you through you payment channel used in paying for the product.


You may cancel your order any time before the order is ship. Once you receive a call or email or text notification of delivery being on the way, the order cannot be cancel. Once the delivery process begins, the return policy will apply.

Users will be giving the chance to use refund money to buy other things from the platform. and partner(s) may cancel an order for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include but not limited to:

a.       The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it or restocking may take more time than expect.

b.      Payment not receive on time or payment is declined.

c.       If shipping address is outside the country (Ghana).

PICK-UP and its partners offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the online store. Certain products and payment methods may not qualify for pickup. Only the buyer or the person designated by the buyer may pick up the item(s). The buyer should communicate to that he/she has appointed someone else to pick up the items and provide with the person’s details. The person should bring government approved photo ID and receipt or proof of purchase.

PICK-UP NOTIFICATION will send a pick-up notification via email, text or call the buyer when the item is ready for pickup. We will send a reminder if your item is still waiting to be pick up.


Food items or products are not returnable for health and safety purposes.
